What are Make-up lessons?

Make-up lessons are one-off catch up lessons utilising make-up tokens.

These are only for our regular perpetual swim classes.

You must have an active perpetual booking to schedule a make-up lesson.

Make-up Policy (Perpetual Swim Classes)

Our flexible make-up policy allows a make-up to be offered for any reason for absence.

The make-up lesson must occur within 60 days (two months) of the missed class date. There will be no extension.

• SwimTastic must be notified at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the regular lesson via our booking portal or by phone/email to be eligible for a make-up lesson token.

• You will be issued a token within 48 hours after the class has taken place and the rolls have been marked into our system.

• Make-up lessons can only be arranged up to 5 days in advance via our booking portal.

• Make-up class bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled provided reception is contacted and given at least 60 minutes notice before the make-up class is scheduled to take place.

• Make-up tokens are to be used in a different class to your regular perpetual booking.

• Make-ups will be forfeited if not attended or cancelled less than 60 minutes before the make-up class is to take place.

• We are unable to guarantee your preferred day/time, teacher will be available.

• SwimTastic will make every effort to honor your make-up lesson booking, however reserves the right to change this lesson booking should it see fit.

• To complete a make-up, you must have a current enrolment in perpetual learn-to-swim classes and your account is financial with no outstanding fees owing.

• If you no longer have an active perpetual booking, you forgo any make-up lessons.

• Make-up lessons cannot be transferred to another family member.

• Credit & refunds are not available as an alternative.
